To deepen our pathophysiologic understanding of stimulation-induced speech impairment, acoustic measurements are combined with multimodal imaging analysis. These methods allow us to calculate the local spread of stimulation applied by deep brain stimulation and to identify structural and functional networks involved in the observed effects.
